Purpose Driven Ministries is dedicated to equipping the body of Christ to understand the deeper things of God through various services such as Prophetic Trainings, Deliverance Trainings, School of Prayer, and School of the Spirit.

Prophetess Charmein Downer established this ministry with a vision inspired by the Holy Spirit. Through these specialized training programs and divine guidance, individuals can gain a deeper knowledge and experience of spiritual matters, empowering them to walk more closely with God and fulfill their purpose in the kingdom.

Who is Charmein Downer?

Prophetess Charmein Downer is a Prophet with more than twenty years of ministry experience. She is called to train and equip believers in the areas of prophecy, intercession, and deliverance. She is the founder of Purpose Driven School of Ministry.

Prophetess Downer is also a clinical therapist, holding a Master’s degree in Social Work from Spring Arbor University and a Doctorate in Biblical Studies from Destiny School of Ministry in Roseville, Michigan.

She and her husband, George H. Downer Jr., have been married for thirty-one years and are the proud parents of four adult children.
